Stellers Gallery - San Marco | Ponte Vedra Beach | Julington Creek | Neptune Beach

Dear Friends of Stellers,

After 25 years Stellers Gallery San Marco will be closing its retail doors but will remain a benchmark gallery in Northeast Florida. For those of you who know Scott Riley, founder of Stellers Gallery, you probably know that his passion and dedication for selling art can't just stop here. He is eager to continue representing his brother C. Ford Riley and marketing him as well as other artists regionally.

Stellers Gallery at Ponte Vedra will have access to Riley as a consultant and his evergrowing collection of art. We will be able to "partner" in a sense and combine our art and resources to help serve all customers from our location in Ponte Vedra.

San Marco Gallery Director, Courtney Vickery, is excited to join owner Hillary Tuttle at the Stellers Gallery in Ponte Vedra. "She has been with the gallery for over 4 years and we are thrilled to have her join us here in Ponte Vedra. Her knowledge, creative aesthetic, and love for the arts make her the perfect addition to our gallery.

Jennifer JL Jones Reception this Friday, August 28 from 5-8 pm at Ponte Vedra

Stellers Gallery at Ponte Vedra will host the opening exhibit of renowned painter and mixed-media artist Jennifer J. L. Jones on Friday, August 28 from 5 pm until 8 pm. The exhibit will run through Friday, September 18. The gallery is located at 240 A1A North, Suite 13 in Ponte Vedra Beach, The exhibit is Jones’ fifth solo exhibition with Stellers Gallery at Ponte Vedra.

As a thank you to gallery customers who purchase Jones’ work during the Stellers opening on August 28, we are hosting an evening with the artist and wine pairings dinner after the event at Restaurant Medure, a local fine dining establishment.

According to Jones, the exhibit called Epiphanies represents seeing into one's true nature. “I believe that seeing into one’s true nature is considered a gift of enlightenment,” said Jones. “I seek the truth and beauty through my intuitive painting process and strive to visually communicate glimpses of many discoveries,” she said. “The Epiphanies series represents the evanescent and transcendent moments of awe that illuminate and change how we forever experience and view life.”

Introducing New Works by Gretchen Ebersol Featured in the September 26th Beaches Gallery Tour

Join us Saturday, September 26th from 10-5 as we feature Gretchen Ebersol in our Fall Beaches Gallery Tour.  Six other participating galleries at the beaches.  Please call 904.273-6065 for more info.

Gretchen Ebersol Began studying art at the age of seven as a "Saturday School" student, first in Milwaukee, WI., then Jacksonville, FL. and then in Memphis, TN. She received a scholarship to the Memphis Academy of Art (Memphis College of Art) where she received a BFA in Painting. She later received an MFA in Painting from the University of Florida. Since then her art has been exhibited in galleries, earned honors, placed her in teaching positions, and acquired by various institutions, corporations and individuals for their collections.

What you'll find here is a collection of her recent mixed media. Mixed Media is a "no rules" approach to creating art. Essentially these pieces are composed of "found" two dimensional visuals that are then placed into a composition with wet and dry mediums. But don't be surprised to find three dimensional items incorporated into these pieces too.
